Stimulus Spoof, 1.25 Million Foreign Worker Visas and the Chamber of Commerce Agenda.

If you are an American and have been paying attention to the rapid progress of authoritarian collectivism in the past few years, then it would come as no surprise to learn about lies, in terms of broadcast results from a government agenda. CNN claimed recently that the B Hussein Obama administration had created 640,000 jobs and projected him as a savior, pulling America forward. The swindle in this report is increased by the attempt to tie this job creation to stimulus. Quite conscience of the desire to add a moral tone to the theft imposed by stealing public funds for use in a false crisis, there has been a never ending desire by state controlled media outlets to qualify government committed crimes as a moral necessity.

WASHINGTON (CNNMoney.com) — The largest stimulus program in the nation’s history has created or saved just over 640,000 jobs, the Obama administration said Friday….

HOWEVER, what the B Hussein Obama administration did under the cover of darkness and diversion was to implement 1,250,000 foreign worker permits. That means a difference of half of a million.

*Each month, the feds give out about 160,000 first-time permanent and temporary work permits to working-age foreign citizens.
* The 160,000 working-age foreign citizens are divided almost equally into those getting permanent work permits through green cards and those getting temporary work permits each month.
* Of the immigrants aged 18-65 who get permanent work permits each month, about 35,000 of them were already working in the U.S. on previous temporary work permits.
* Thus, the NET figure is 160,000 minus 35,000 equals about 125,000 foreign citizens who are getting a work permit for the first time each month.

Numbers USA is a well ranked, charitable organization which researches immigration from both legal and illegal perspectives. Recently Roy Beck from Numbers USA appeared on the Glenn Beck show. Here we learn that Glenn Beck supports importing foreign workers to fill job vacancies instead of Americans. In the clip Glenn talks about Unions stealing American jobs and items of that nature, while in the real world, off of TV, he is supporting the importing of over 1.25 million foreign workers!

Over the past few weeks while Glenn Beck was narrating over strung together video clips, some of which had been circulating for over a year, he failed to mention that in the background, under cover of darkness, the B Hussein Obama administration was carrying out this agenda of importing workers for American jobs. Why did Glenn not mention anything? Because he, and the US Chamber of Commerce supported this action. As a smokescreen, Glenn created a false polar opposition between the Obama administration and the US Chamber of Commerce, who were actually working in concert and have the same agenda. Overtime and in conjunction with Dick Armey, Glenn Beck has taken possession of the Tea Party movement for the purposes of diffusion and to direct discontent to other areas.

In this clip Glenn unskillfully ties the Chamber of Commerce to the Tea Parties as mutual victims of B Hussein Obama. Nothing is further from the truth, the Chamber has been a champion of illegal immigration and has worked in concert with the B Hussein Obama administration for massive immigration and population flux changes. As mentioned earlier, the B Hussein Obama administration implemented the Chambers immigration requests. This is nothing more than a false presentation of debate.

There is no question about the agenda of the US Chamber of Commerce, so for Glenn Beck to propose there was some sort of conflict, is beyond unacceptable, it is deceptive and propaganda. Some folks need to engage in idol worship, so they throw themselves like flying monkeys into support of charismatic manipulators, we have to understand that they cannot change and are most likely wired this way. For others, you must break yourself away from this manipulation and deception if you truly believe in the rule of law. Glenn Beck, regardless of what he says, is acting behind the scenes in concert with the US Chamber of Commerce and configuring YOUR revolution for their purpose.

The bottom line here is that this year already, the Federal government has imported over 1 million foreign workers, more than negating any positive effects the stimulus could have had. It also has complicated the process of obtaining a job by American citizens by double. Glenn Beck supported the Obama administration in this regard and even attempted to create a false conflict between the US Chamber of Commerce and the administration as a ruse.

Glenn Beck was a guest speaker at the Michigan Chamber of Commerce with Tom Donahue from the US Chamber of Commerce who is a strong supporter of amnesty and illegal immigration. About a year ago he helped (via the US Chamber of Commerce) to bankroll lawsuits against states like Arizona and Oklahoma who crack down on illegal immigration laws. Hertiage.org noted Tom Donahue’s zealotry in an article that begins with the sentence Will Mexico need a bailout?

In fact, Tom Donahue was more liberal than the communist 9th circuit court of appeals who ruled Arizona was Constitutional in its decision to crack down on illegals! This hasn’t stopped Tom from funding the National Chamber Litigation Center arm of the Chamber of Commerce.

So this is why Glenn Beck created the false polarized Chamber vs Obama smokescreen. Tom Donahue, the MC of the event Glenn Beck was a guest speaker at initiated these challenges. There are many clips where Glenn Beck talks about illegal immigration and legal immigration as a pro Rule Of Law individual, but in the end it is his actions that matter.

Amnesty Republican Meg Whitman, Running for California Governor.

For the upcoming Gov. seat in California we are getting more of the same from the GOP. After all we have been thru as a people, including an election where the cfr played a zero sum game and ran two identical candidates to assure a continuance of agenda, nothing has changed. Rammed to the forefront with more than two pocketfuls of cash, the GOP has their woman- Meg Whitman, former eBay CEO. Her ideological line is more of the same from the RINO right, pseudo Conservative rhetoric and antithetical action. The CFR and other interested parties, including the Ford Foundation and the US Chamber of Commerce, are determined that their agenda, first espoused by Robert Pastor is realized.

But to Meg Whitman as a candidate, she is no Conservative and not a real Republican. She is nothing but RINO talking points.

Path to legalization needed, GOP candidate Whitman says

She also indicated she would have voted AGAINST proposition 187 had she been a California resident which would have prevented illegal aliens from obtaining benefits. The bill was effectively killed by Grey Davis.

What this illustrates is that the elections in 2010 will be nothing more than an illusion. I am sure her words will be the words of nearly every GOP candidate and if candidates have a different view, they will be ostracized. We need to look carefully at the on-line zealots, pundits, entertainers and activists who seem to be pushing people to view the election of 2010 as a solution to the problems. The coming election will surely give rise to the lesser of two evil types, Lindsey Graham/John McCain/Joe Lieberman soldiers and open borders zealots.

Revolution is the only practical solution to stop corruption and crime, it is too late to consider other options.

The real argument behind illegal immigration from Mexico is of course related to the political value of aliens to global corporatist and authoritarian collectivist interests. They have come to light recently as the census approaches and both collectivist parties clamor for possession of illegal immigration yet again.

It is quite clear that both “sides” want the same thing which is amnesty for illegals, yet they are constantly morphing and warping the issue to try and market it to the constituency of both “sides.” At the end of the day it is nothing more than a well planned collectivist assault on the rule of law. Recently, the neocon infested GOP has again pushed racist, ethnic nationalist socialist Linda Chavez to the forefront to champion the silly new GOP mandate on the illegal invasion…That illegal aliens are the same as African slaves! Yes, that is correct. The well greased Glenn Beck show, which has been endeavoring to take possession of popular revolt for the sake of neocon GOP votes, was used as a staging point for this agenda.

Of course this point is bound to anger some of the Beck zealots I am sure, so allow me to then say that the focus of this is the absolute absurdity of categorizing illegals as slaves, not Beck alone, although he is partially responsible for this argument.

The utter stupidity of categorizing them as slaves is that for one, this diminishes what actual slaves endured. Also, slaves were BROUGHT here in chains AGAINST their will. The political purpose for the Beck/GOP idea can be found if you simply extrapolate what the solution to their proposed categorization would be. Which would be to provide a “just solution” to their status as illegal felons.

The intentional misdirection in this is beyond ridiculous. African slaves were brought here against their will. Illegal aliens come here out of personal choice, nobody brought them here. Slaves were kept illiterate and uneducated on purpose, illegal aliens get free education up thru college, free medical and housing/food stamps, as well as welfare. They are free to roam about and even avoid prosecution based solely on their ethnicity. Slaves had none of these benefits and were hunted down based on their skin color. Slaves were beaten, illegal aliens from Mexico commit a substantial amount of our violent crime in per capita comparison.

Pseudo-Libertarians always make this bizarre assertion about open borders using some sort of anarchist logic. What these folks fail to see is that they are removing the individual intent from the illegals, render them as idiots unable to make up their own minds. In reality, crossing a desert and avoiding capture are very conscious activities, it is only political convenience to call them idiots, or in this instance slaves, they are actually free thinking, decision making humans. The comparison to slavery is by far one of the stupidest things I have ever heard.

The attempt at making a comparison via education is beyond absurd, the illegals do get educated they just want to retain their native language and customs, as well as citizenship. what a smokescreen analogy is.

The real issue at hand is illegal aliens in the census, but not a common sense one about being counted, it is a battle over which “Latino” special interest group gets control over the illegals. The people who are opposed to being counted in the census are the National Coalition of Latino Clergy and Christian Leaders. Their leader claims:

“If the 12 million of our brothers and sisters are good enough to be counted, then they are good enough to be legalized.”

Lopez said the national group should instead encourage the undocumented to participate and be counted. If not, he warned that immigrant communities will not get their fair share or resources and representation, which is based on population data.

“Just for the very reason that a sizable percentage of our population hides in the shadows,” he said. “Their goal is politically counterproductive. It would be disastrous for us to do that.”..

So this is a fight over control, not whether or not folks should be counted. Of course they shouldn’t be counted because they are here illegally. But calling them “slaves” will not help and only allows for the issue to play into the hands of the open borders zealots on the right, whom Beck supports. Again, about constituency (or future constituency, not rule of law). The open borders right wants their hearts and minds (and votes), the left unions want members and nearly all normal Americans want them gone. Americans are the ones without the voice here.

Let’s take a look at Linda Chavez, amidst this new Donahue-esque re-branding of Sha-vez.

In June 2007, Linda Chavez went to war, as per the GOP’s orders, attacking nearly every single Conservative who supported the rule of law. She adopted the leftpublican smear rhetoric of calling everyone racist. She wrote a column called Latino Fear and Loathing in which she stated:

She went on to attack Conservatives and well respected institutions:

Bill O’Reilly agreed with the Linda Chavez article (excerpt):

…I think Linda Chavez is on to something. I don’t know how much. It’s so hard, but I think there is some basic racism on the right. We don’t like Latinos, you know, for all the reasons Linda listed. Am I wrong?…

Again the same Linda Chavez who was denied the position of Labor Secretary for hiring and sheltering illegal aliens from Mexico in her house.

One of the mantras of the leading Hispanic Lobby group LaRaza and their activist arm MeCha, the group allowed to draft the amnesty legislation in the backroom with Ted Kennedy, states:

Linda Chavez has defended these organizations and their desires blindly and with the slanderous aggression usually only seen employed by the authoritarian collectivist slander merchants and digi-trolls.

In a positive light after smearing and slandering anyone who disagreed with illegal immigration, Laura Ingraham destroyed her in this audio clip. You should recall that this is around the time where O’Reilly was agreeing with Chavez and supporting the Amnesty Bill.

Beck claims that SEIU funded the mayday rallies. Partially true. Also funding these rallies are Moveon.org, the RNC, Hudson Institute, Council on Foreign Relations, Gilder Gagnon Howe & Co., LLC, BKSH & Associates, ANSWER, National Council of LaRaza, Ford Foundation and LULAC. And a few others.

On Friday, October 9th 2009 Glenn Beck stated on his show that he agreed with Linda Chavez and her stance on immigration. In fact, she said “that he probably disagrees with her on some parts…” and he stopped her to say that he does agree with her completely, that they HAVE the SAME views. Here is this in his own words:

Right under the cover of the 9-12 march, which without any announcement on his show or in his coverage featured Mario Lopez of the Hispanic Leadership Fund and Hector Barreto of the Latino Coalition. They were there speaking of amnesty! Say what you mean and mean what you say apprently does not apply if you don’t say it?1?!? The MC of this Michigan event was none other than TOM DONAHUE, the guy from the US Chamber of Commerce who was a strong supporter of amnesty and illegal immigration. The problem here resides in the well calculated manipulation of reaction created by this event. A brilliant manipulation of polarity on the part of the globalists allowed for no honest discourse to take place. The left would react to this by clamoring Glenn Beck is “teaming” up with the Michigan Chamber of Commerce. This would force the GOP-ers to automatically react in support of him and in the end heads off any real criticism of who he is associating with, as the issue is now a classic party “back and forth. TOM DONAHUE and Mario Lopez of the Hispanic Leadership Fund and Hector Barreto of the Latino Coalition. So Beck chatters on about illegal immigration, yet behind the scenes supports them and champions their viewpoint. The stupid left ends up attacking people who share their ideas, which is kind of funny, but pro-rule of law folks get shut out because of the polarity of the situation. This is the continuing smoke screen, the global oligarchy controls both sides of the argument and the “entertainers” that deliver the “views” thru popular media are nothing more than actors.

Hector Barreto helped to draft the amnesty legislation and a letter of manipulation was sent around trying to get Conservatives to sign on.

A few signatories to that letter were Jack Kemp, Linda Chavez, chairman, Center for Equal Opportunity , Mike Murphy, Republican strategist, Max Boot, senior fellow, Council on Foreign Relations, Ken Mehlman, former chairman, Republican National Committee, Hector Barreto, chairman, The Latino Coalition, Gregory Mankiw, professor of economics, Harvard University and Jeb Bush. These were leftpublicans trying to manipulate Conservatives to vote for amnesty. Basically these people have the VERY same views as the leftwing authoritarian collectivists and what essentially happens is that the use the shield of polarized politics to pose AS right wing and thereby inherit a rabid base of neocon supporters. When in reality they are as far from Conservatism as can be and it is impossible to be opposed to illegal immigration and give these people support.

This is part of the GOP/RNC hijack in conjunction with the full support of the left and every configuration of authoritarian collectivist.

So what of that dinner Beck co-mc’d, and who is Tom Donahue?

This Donahue entity sided with the ILLEGALS in the HAZELTON, PENN lawsuit. Yes. They bankrolled their defense. So understand that when Beck is trying to put illegal immigration at SEIU’s shoes he IS CORRECT, partially. But when he is the guest of honor at a dinner that supports the same thing, he is a manipulative liar. When he has a guest that is a zealot for illegal immigration and states he AGREES with her, you HAVE to take him with his association.

Realistically, if you are paying attention this agenda comes after teaming up with Donahue. What the left, leftpublicans and open borders GOP/RNC zealots always present as method in their rhetoric is to claim to support enforcement, even rail about it, but then act to support amnesty. They just don’t call it that, the say it is letting folks do the jobs Americans won’t do etc. What Glenn Beck has done is to take possession of this reform idea and work it into the patriot movement. But one can easily see thru association that this is problematic. Glenn Beck can rail on anything, it is what he DOES that matters. The globalists know that they have to have the “right” and the “left” to get things across. The left is easy to control, but Conservatives, Independent Populists and Pro Rule of Law Libertarians are not. They spied opportunity in the movement Glenn Beck took possession of, they enabled a war of dilution and funded him.

CONCLUSION. For Glenn Beck to use the Linda Chavez GOP theory of slavery is quite stupid, since he will be indicting himself and his friend Tom Donahue. All real evidence points to the RNC wanting the “enslavement” as well. To use this approach will ultimately backfire and leave real anti-illegal alien activists out of the argument. And that’s why they are doing it, isn’t it? The Beck-Chavez idea will empower the left again, just as not disclosing Dick Armey’s participation in the 9-12 project did.

We cannot let Glenn Beck be the solo voice because of his associations, demand that other “entertainer” figures pick up the illegal immigration issue and support them.

We have to pay better attention. No amnesty, at all, ever, in any form.

Debunking Linda Chavez (open borders amnesty zealot) and Glenn Beck (closet GOP open borders zealot) who now claims to agree completely with Linda Chavez.

Many claim that because the massive immigration that occurred a century or so ago worked out OK, the current massive immigration will similarly work out OK.

1. Many of today’s immigrants are from Mexico, and the U.S. Southwest was briefly Mexican territory. Most past sending countries never held territory inside the U.S. The belief that the Southwest was stolen from Mexico is widespread in that country; in fact, a Zogby poll conducted in Mexico had 58% saying that the U.S. Southwest rightfully belongs to Mexico. There’s also an indigenous movement holding that anyone of “native” blood should be able to travel anywhere within the Americas at will. There’s no elite opposition to those sentiments, and in some cases the elite supports those sentiments.

2. Many of our current illegal aliens are from a neighboring country, meaning they don’t have to make a clean break, they can go back and forth. There are families with members on both sides of the border as well as a few million mixed-status families inside the U.S. (i.e., families with some legal/citizen members and others as illegal aliens).

4. There wasn’t a far-left, Gramscian “multiculturalism” movement a century ago. The related issue of political correctness makes it difficult for some to, for instance, use the correct names for things (“illegal aliens”) rather than euphemisms (“undocumented workers”).

5. There were ethnic newspapers, but nothing like today’s ethnic media.

6. Immigrants who came through Ellis Island were checked for disease and suitability. And, they were pre-screened by the cruiseship companies, who were charged if someone was rejected. Nowadays, anyone can overstay their visa or just walk across.

7. There’s been a rapid increase in dual citizenship, leading to U.S. citizens with divided loyalties. 14% of U.S. citizens are eligible to be dual citizens, and Mexico encourages dual citizenship as a way of obtaining political power inside the U.S.

8. The welfare state hardly existed a century ago.

9. Obvious to anyone who’s been to, say, Dallas or Los Angeles, there were many fewer people here a century ago than there are now.

Boy Scouts launch campaign to attract Hispanics

SAN FRANCISCO — The Boy Scouts are making their debut “en espanol,” with an advertising campaign launched Thursday and a soon-to-come Spanish-language Scout Handbook intended to draw Latinos to the ranks of the nearly century-old organization.

The Spanish-language campaign, called “Valores para toda la vida,” translated as “Values for life,” includes television, radio and online spots that speak to the nation’s largest minority in their language.

The outreach is intended to keep the Scouting movement relevant and growing as the country’s cultural landscape shifts, taking a toll on Scout ranks. Boy Scouts of America is still the country’s largest youth organization, with 2.8 million members, but that is half its membership in its peak year, 1972.

There is more competition for the attention of boys now. The country also looks different than it did 30 years ago, and the Scouts haven’t kept up with the change. Latinos make up one in five children in the United States, according to the U.S. Census, but they are only 3 percent of Scouts…

The far left is the one taking the toll on Boy Scout ranks. They view the Boy Scouts as a traditional entity that has to be dismantled, so why not dismantle it as they have with our society-use the balkanizing and divisive capabilities of illegal immigration.

Here is the crux of the hypocrisy…If Hispanics were assimilating, why would there need to be a Spanish language version? The goal here is the same old Gramsci goal of disruption and destruction of history and tradition. It is the same as the gays in Scouts push.

I applaud the video and the actions of the participants, however it illustrates a fundamental misunderstanding of the paradigm at play. The video is problematic because it stipulates that things will change upon the election of these folks. The reality is their election (and I find it highly unfortunate) will do nothing to prevent what the powers that be are implementing.

The only possible solution is revolution. I say this with the addendum of a true definition of what revolution actually is, versus the colloquial definition. It is change. Not riflemen shooting federal officers, not violence of any kind, but the simply dismissal of Federal authority. The creation of a new political entity. If we fail to understand that, we will lose everything.

This video promotes candidates, a sort of rebellion that in the end can only hope to achieve more of the same. A rebellion is simply the “slave” throwing off the chains of the oppressor and demanding equal treatment. That the oppression can no longer be tolerated. The “slave” then enjoys the same privileges of the oppressor, a new equality. Yet the paradigm does not change, it only has a new participant. Only revolution brings change, our founding fathers knew this and endeavored to establish a new form of government, that was their brilliance.

I understand that for the parties, especially the neocon run GOP, the upcoming election is everything. I would support these candidates 100% if they were calling for revolution, but the idea of “oaths” and “calling folks out” are nothing more than the sicking of toothless poodles upon the ankles of our demonic foes.

Consider the recent Acorn rhapsody. Earlier this year a report was released which outlined in depth the legal and structural problems of the organization, hundreds of pages which outlined over 30 years of their criminality accompanied by empirical evidence. The government did not move at all on this report. However, two kids dressed up and took some undercover video and things changed. Then Acorn was under the gun and the government and ancillary organizations finally acted in cutting off this criminal entity. What this says is that systematically Government is no longer functional. That the media has become the judicial barometer for determination of legitimacy.

We currently occupy the pathways of descent in a society under cosmopolitan law. This is a transitional period where the governing body picks and choses which laws may be enforced and which may not. History tells us that this inevitably leads to rule BY law. No society has survived this, it is impossible. Abraham Lincoln showed us the manifestation of cosmopolitan and rule by law and it echoes as a mantra for justifications of tyrannical behavior today. We have to make a new society, or we will just die slowly and painfully.

My guess is that the most a full body of folks with the same views as those in the video could achieve would be to slow things down, put up roadblocks, but we are far past the point where this will do any good. We need reversal and they cannot achieve this. What they should do with their position is call for Revolution, openly declare that the Federal Government no longer has any authority, as we know it does not have the moral grounding to claim it, nor does it have mandate as it no longer follows the rule of law.

To the video, as much as I respect Ron Paul and his positions, he is no Thomas Jefferson. Jefferson created a new body of ideas amidst tyranny, Ron Paul would be better compared to Paul Revere.

In fact, when the illegal aliens from (mostly) Mexico took to the streets with protest sign pictures of Che Guevara and waving Mexican flags, demanding Amnesty and free citizenship, the public outcry was phenomenal. What freedomworks did almost immediattely was to rouse an army of white trash, pro-Bush apologist zealots to begin a smear campaign online against Conservatives who were opposed to amnesty. They even went so far as to purchase American flags, lend consultants to the illegal alien protesters and generally made an attempt to change their “message.” The leader of this? Globalist Dick Armey.

Dick Armey proclaimed in March that he was behind the creation of the Tea Parties! Here is an excerpt of a letter sent out:

Obama Health Care is terrible and we all know this, but if we let a career lobbyist, global corpratist friend of LULAC take the reigns we will perish. HE WILL KILL our chances, and that is why he is doing this. So we have to endeavor to get him not only away from the protests, but out of the public space and out of our movement. Another Point of Hypocrisy we HAVE to address is Glenn Beck himself. As mentioned here in this pamphlet, it is imperative that we do not let Glenn Beck take posession of our revolt. In just a few days, Glenn Beck will be speaking to the Michigan Chamber of Commerce. The MC of this event will be none other than TOM DONAHUE, yes the guy from the US Chamber of Commerce who was a strong supporter of amnesty and illegal immigration.

So if Glenn Beck who is purported to be opposing corruption and speaking of universality don’t you think it is wise that he pursue these folks as well? In 2006, James Sensenbrenner called out the US Chamber of Commerce for it’s support of illegal immigration. Stating that they should be ashamed of themselves.

Let’s look at the absurdity of this even further. Today one of the guest speakers was Mario Lopez of the Hispanic Leadership Fund and Hector Barreto of the Latino Coalition. Who is the Latino Coalition you might ask? They are the drafters of the infamous demand for amnesty signed by a list of who’s who in global corporatism (including Jeb Bush). So these folks were speaking at the event?!?! This is important because Mario Lopez helped Helen Krieble in her Guest Worker Amnesty Scheme. Where was this premiered? At a round table Q&A including Steve Moore from the Wall Street Journal; James Carafano, Heritage Foundation; Matt Kibbe of Freedom Works; and Mario Lopez, Hispanic Leadership Fund. Glenn Beck is a fraud and as mentioned here, which explains the mechanisms under which this fraud functions, one can see he is taking possession of this movement. We have to remain vigilant in all directions or they will use the polarity to disarm Liberty. Glenn Beck is working for the 2010 elections, that is all. All of their online activists went into full swing on their favorite “forums” promoting the idea, in conjunction with Glenn Beck’s “bubba” rhetoric. “Moderators” were to let the discussions take place and the rhetoric continue.

New Tecumseh Sherman Murderers on the march thru culture, liberty and on to the abyss.

Without reviewing the divisions which drove men to fight one another during the civil war, it is fairly universally accepted that the actions of Tecumseh Sherman and his murderous march thru the sovereign state of Georgia, South Carolina and other states was inhuman in it’s capacity to spare the innocent public. It illustrates one component of darkness in the psychology of man under propaganda, when the thinking individual has been reconfigured to murder for the sake of illusion or unsubstantiated rumor, diminished morality has to be replaced with an enemy, vivid and easy to digest so as to keep the focus of the “individual” away from the tethers which now control their life. By the end of his campaign, all that Sherman wanted was to hurt and destroy, he had no choice but to decimate what lay before him. Because his mind was no longer his, the propaganda which had created him and allowed him to murder and direct others to do so, was now validated because any resistance to his desires was falling off and exponentially less effective. What he was reconfigured to believe was wrong had not prevailed, so he found truth in his industrially funded “victory.” In Georgia (as well as other states), aside from the conflict which had been raging for years, one could see that individuality and self directed life still existed. Flourishing farms, homesteads built from the ground by the very hand that was now forced to defend them, it was the very anti-thesis of what he had been programmed to believe. Sherman saw freedom in the folks who were the victims of his aggression and was now exposed to the reality of what he had done, divisions of good mens lives destroyed for the purpose of upholding cosmopolitan law and the unconstitutional behaviors of Abraham Lincoln.

Before confusion erupts, it must be said that this is not an argument to validate the abhorrent institution of slavery, it is the farthest from it, but it is about the actions of aggression taken when one party to an argument decides that the others argument may be foundational and correct, but desires to dispatch with it via force. After all, the majority opinion of the south was that the Federal Government was not protecting their rights under the constitution and that it was not up to the whimsy and discretion of an individual, brought to power thru democratic process, to decide what laws to enforce and which to ignore for the sake of personal agenda and preference. The tenth amendment existed which allowed the states to assert their sovereign rights, and under this ratified amendment a few southern states found secession as protection from Federal violation of the rule of law. This action was actually initially received well by Northern abolitionists, as they had been the very source of a secessionist stance for years leading up to this action and many had called for Northern secession from the south. Many Northern Congressman proposed legislation to place limits on secession, further illustrating that the right was in existence! Fairly simple logic, as the tenth amendment gives us the right of secession in it’s clear and forward language:

“…powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, is reserved to the states…”

This right was well known to all, in fact leading up to his inauguration a Representative from Connecticut had proposed a Constitutional amendment that would legislate for a state to secede it would have to be authorized by Congress, the President and the other states. Yet given this universal understanding, right after his possession of office, Lincoln ordered a blockade of southern ports! Even in the PRINCIPLES OF THE LAW OF NATURE APPLIED TO THE CONDUCT AND AFFAIRS OF
NATIONS AND SOVEREIGNS , this was understood to be the actions of sovereign states. By acting, he had declared the South sovereign and asked for an army of “volunteers” to invade the south and bring it back into the union. No notion of peace, or diplomacy was to be entertained by Lincoln as he formed this act of war from the ether of agenda and outside of the rule of law. Many activists wanted a peaceable resolution which would avoid the already gross violations of law, however, when these voices became too great, Lincoln took it upon himself to suspend Habeas Corpus and begin to arrest and imprison those who disagreed with his atrocities. This included disrupting publications, politicians and imprisoning legislators! If even an abstract notion that Lincolns behaviors were unconstitutional surfaced, it would be guaranteed death under rule by law. One has to consider not only the magnitude of his decisions and actions, but also of those who would become the stewards of such criminal actions. Lincoln had effectively crossed the Rubicon again and marched his authority outside of legal bounds, he was now, regardless of how apologists would configure his morality for consumption, a tyrant.

Consider the manner in which Lincoln assaulted Ohio Congressman Clement Vallandigham, who spoke of Lincoln as a “king,” and of his desire to resurrect “empire.” He ordered General Burnside to imprison him for 2 years, without writ of habeas corpus, to a military prison! The absurdity did not end there, he used this “prisoner” as a point of bargaining to get Congressmen to support his unconstitutional declaration of war, in his Birchard letter he offered to let Vallandigham free, if the majority of individuals to whom this letter was addressed would support his policies of war! The pure tyrannical nature of this action cannot be understated, the illegal imprisonment of someone who was exercising free speech, an elected official, imprisoned and used as a threat for conformity. Lincoln had illegally exercised legislative power by denying civil rights, then illegally exercised judicial power by convicting him outside of due process. The use of a human being as a bargaining component to gain justification for actions of tyranny took Lincoln into the company of Caligula and Nero. Even the Supreme Court ruled against him and his suspension of habeas corpus, which he chose to defy, then chose to acknowledge the courts authority in a decision which ruled that the Confederacy was a country. This is the convenience of tyranny and rule BY law. The south had become a rebellious region when it was needed to fit his actions and a country other times. Lincoln had taken the Republican dream of Jefferson and destroyed it, inflicting a permanent wound to freedom and rule of law. He had done so by utilizing the moral component of slavery to force men to see past his atrocities and to give himself a position of justification to murder and harm others in the name of agenda. In reality, Lincoln and many Northern industrialists abhorred southern independence, both economic and cultural, as they sought to destroy them politically via unrepresented taxation and high tarriffs before the onset of hostilities.

Here a digression into Lincoln’s behaviors must be stated as necessary, as it demonstrates a sampling of behaviors to which certain types of individuals were drawn. There should be no question that Lincoln behaved as a tyrant, ignoring all possible peaceful possibilities and setting aside the inalienable rights of man for the sake of his agenda and better yet desire to punish those who dared to oppose him. Years before in the Federalist papers, Madison had defined the type of behavior to which Lincoln had adopted as tyrannical:

“…accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive, and judiciary, in the same hands, whether of one, a few, or many, and whether hereditary, self-appointed, or elective, may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny.” ~Federalist 47 James Madison.

Truthfully observed:

“All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent.” ~ Thomas Jefferson.

To which it is fair to say that Lincoln agreed in a perverted sense, by forcing silence with imprisonment and murder. When asked by Congress for information on people who were being held without access to habeas corpus, Lincoln shrugged his shoulders.

So the question remains, what sort of individual is attracted to such violation of law? Surely no man of clean morality could easily endeavor to kill his own (and former kin) with such ease and easy deflection of conscious? A study of Sherman is a study of the false sheep dog, one who directs the murder of men for the sake of arbitrary and imagined laws and powers, even in the face of the destruction of inalienable human rights, these folks can replace established justice with justification…The inherent trait of the enforcer zealot is not consciousness, but the desire to win and to justify that victory. In the case of Lincoln and Sherman it is the statement that “yes, you are technically right under the law and by word of the Constitution and the rule of law, however, we are going to kill you or imprison you if you exercise your Constitutional rights and do not agree with our positions.” It is here that authority is undermined, which as we know, once the rule of law is violated, most especially when it is cloaked in proclamations of “morality,” it can never be fully restored. All powers which have access to wield obfuscations, manipulate the public sphere of interaction, use public assets to force their private agenda outside of the rule of law and impose a counter-liberty existence of convenient oligarchy, will always find justification in the original sin. This despicable pseudo-moral exercise and its kin the lesser-of-two-evils argument, always seek justification which is derived from the outcome of a previous violation of the rule of law. Nearly always claiming emotional outcomes as justification for ignoring the law, the authoritarian collectivist masks violation with “ends,” as if the only morality is outcome not process. It is no wonder that we live in a society where the sociopath and malignant narcissist are heralded as heroes…

Quite disturbing as most people understand that this occurs in combat and hate that it does, this article from “American Thinker” aims to justify it as noble and an intentional means to an end!

An excerpt from this spin cycle also gives us the needed demonstration of how the media machine takes possession of history and dilutes it to make a point. Of course there is always the “aw shucks” when it comes to atrocity:

“…Along their route, they destroyed or confiscated vast quantities of agricultural produce, crops, and livestock; destroyed huge numbers of railroad ties, rendering the Southern railroads unusable; destroyed factories and burned warehouses.
They also burned some houses belonging to Southerners-although not as many as the Southern public thought-and they burned some Confederate public buildings, including the South Carolina state capitol building…
Had fanatical Southern guerrillas continued the war, which was then feared as a possibility, the South’s people, including women and children, might have starved. As it happened, there was little or no significant guerrilla resistance to the Federal occupation following surrender…”

This article is ripe with amateur madness and could be picked apart with relative ease, but it stands to demonstrate how the oligarchy uses past illegality to justify further agenda. Let’s take a quick look at the spin in that presentation, focusing on the obvious dilution of “burning some houses…” The author wishes to make light of what Sherman did and to ignore the vicious retaliation taken against Columbia, where he burned the city to the ground. Conveniently ignoring the fact that South Carolina had been the first to secede and in Sherman’s mind needed to be taught a lesson. Some pro-cosmopolitan law historians have also tried to water down his behavior, all for the sake of “decriminalizing” the actions of Lincoln. Since, his Generals performed at his direction, it would tarnish the “ends” produced by Lincolns violation of the rule of law. Take Sherman’s own words into contrast of the authoritarian collectivist authors from above:

On the burning of the city…here Sherman admits lying!
“In my official report of this conflagration I distinctly charged it to General Wade Hampton, and confess I did so pointedly to shake the faith of his people in him, for he was in my opinion a braggart and professed to be the special champion of South Carolina.”

Later, in a meeting of former combatants in Columbia, General Hampton met General Howard, the General under Sherman’s command during the destruction. Gen. Hampton asked, “Before I take your hand General Howard, tell me who burnt Columbia?” Gen. Howard replied, “It is useless to deny that our troops burnt Columbia, for I saw them in the act.”

Here is the most disgusting misuse of one of the most vicious atrocities in our time (again from the above article):

“…General William Tecumseh Sherman has taught us something important: it is not wrong to do whatever is necessary to win a war against a determined enemy with an agenda hostile to the survival of our liberty and our Republic. War is brutal and unpleasant, but surrender is never a good idea when fighting for your life…”

Survival of our Liberty? The entirety of Sherman and Lincolns agenda was the removal of it for the sake of Lincolns self appropriated powers, it was denial of all that the Revolution had fought and died for. In fact secession was Constitutionally authorized and acknowledged, so to attempt and take possession of the concept of Liberty here is immoral. What a bizarre attempt to take possession of history and spin it into current events in the first place.

Why then the focus on this point in history? Again, to reference the type of individual it takes to enforce tyrannical assertions in the name of “what is right.” Mind you, this is nothing new, the Soviets did the same thing in Hungary in 1956. The AVH and Western Marxists quickly jumped into support of Soviet Aggression against Hungarian Revolutionaries, just as Lincolns Generals ignored his tyrannical assertions. In fact, Western Marxists had been producing volumes of propaganda exclaiming the human rights and values of Soviet Russia, how individuality is an Imperial disease and apologizing, via justifications, for Soviet behaviors after WW2. Of course then, as it was with Sherman and Lincoln, all about the convenient dismissal of the rule of law for the “ends.” Sure, in the minds of Western Marxists, the Soviets had done some things wrong, but it was all for the defeat of imperial capitalism. The Western Marxists and the Hungarian pro-Soviet party members were all built from the same mold as Sherman, no matter the composition, the power to enforce will over law is their moral compass and the mantra of the authoritarian collectivist.

To the collectivist god of malignant narcissism and violent service against free men, it is fairly clear that the qualities needed to kill in the name of tyranny are not achieved in the long study of ones self, they simply arrive on a violent cloud of remedial apathy – wrapped and prepackaged for consumption and distribution for the bivouacked soul. No redemption can be found on our plain of existence for the man who destroys a man seeking freedom, as the soul of Liberty is introspection and self reliance, the nature of the pseudo sheep dog is one of externalized elimination of the individual. A zealot monster unleashed on the countryside guided by a dim light, which ensures that only one verse of the poem of existence stays lit, crushing any emergence of conscious with ogreish strength and programmed replacement morality.

Here is where the idea of duty arrives and it is a fair tune to hum. Although it may appear that this concept is one of complexity and perception, it is always measured against the results it produces and is ultimately defined by these, but it may be that duty has been complicated as man has lobbied it in the public sphere to cover the footprints of atrocity. One could wager that duty is not difficult to understand, being quite the opposite, because it is rooted in the carrying out of action for the sake of an objective, it is ultimately the will of the individual that enables duty to morph into result. Stripping away the decorative branches from duty, at its core is the sovereign will of one person who obliges it’s requirements, so it cannot be that duty is used to avoid one’s actions, it can only be used to define the desire of an individual to adhere to a plan of action. Quite often it exists as a deflection of responsibility or denial of need to understand, for some becoming the very reason introspection is not required, at other times it is an expression of modesty, where one pretends to ignore altruism prescribing some action to a higher ideal. And that is really it, duty is the archival reference of action, not an excuse for the damage it may cause. Is it a moral act? Logically it can be, but it is much better to define it by the absurdity of its results, since duty is the record of action carried out by an individual, it has always been the pinnacle of hypocrisy to use duty as an excuse for extinguishing Liberty. To annihilate the individual for the sake of authoritarian collectivism, then call it “duty” as Gen Sherman did in dedicating his atrocities to Lincoln and Gen Grant, as the Soviets and western Marxists did in excusing the brutal murder of the Magyar people fighting collectivist occupation, as the creators of the Patriot Act proclaimed, as is screamed by jews and arabs locked in violent conflict, and as every hand picked militarized policemen will inevitably state when they murder and imprison their own kin, who will eventually rise to throw off the chains of Federal tyranny, this isn’t duty, it is collectively “authorized” psychopathic behavior. Duty can in no way be the suppression of Liberty, most especially as it is engaged in a struggle against tyranny. Duty is either a reference in dedication to an action, or the broad condition of pursuit of freedom for the individual, it can never be suppression of the rule of law. Duty can never be a deflection.

All is clear the type of man it takes to kill his own and those who pursue the rule of law, even while conscious that the philosophical foundations that authorize this atrocity is routed in tyranny. These men, masquerading as sheep dogs in our society, emptily deflect and direct their violence to destroy all external evidence of what they are not, they bury away their instincts for morality and freedom by claiming duty and “ends.” As history has shown us, when good men encounter death, destruction and tyranny, they lose something of themselves to the horror. Where we see spilt blood, the pseudo sheep dog sees necessary evil. Where we see sacrifice for freedom, the pseudo sheep dog feels the urge to punish and eliminate, subjugating those who posses a conscious and only giving quarter to those who adopt the tyranny of the collective. For a man in Liberty there is always a hope that exists outside of numbers and odds, for the pseudo sheep dog there is only the cold mathematics of domination for dominations sake. For us an obligation to freedom, for them a false sense of “duty.” What we shall see in the future can best be described as the conundrum of the sheep dog. Will the supposed protectors of our society allow it to be destroyed, will they allow themselves to be deceived, to murder and imprison their own for the sake of the oligarchy, without their own reflection? Will they not question the conveniently prepared propaganda designed by the oligarchy to replace their sense of right and wrong for someone else’s “ends?” Only time will tell. The burden will be on them to fulfill their existence and pursue Liberty and freedom, or to ignore morality for the sake of false “duty.” For the Patriot the path is easy, for they know what is right. But for the sheep dog, they will be forced to make a decision that will forever etch their contribution to revolution and the rule of law by the very actions they take. They will either follow the rule of law or replace their morality with the concept of “duty” provided to them by authoritarian collectivists. Maybe the false sheep dogs will find comfort in the easy bosom of their apologists, but it is sure they will never make their way into the hearts of man.

In all times, it is much better to die under an American sky in pursuit of freedom, than to be pushed into the abyss by the false duties and blank justifications of subjugation.
